Babe Pay

Content Policy

Last updated November 7, 2026

Babe Pay is for photos and videos that you made or have the right to sell, and that are safe for a mainstream payment network. This policy applies to everything on Babe Pay: files, previews, free items, titles, descriptions, handles and links. It is part of our Terms of Service.

1.The short version

  • No sexually explicit content and no nudity. Babe Pay is not an adult platform.
  • Nothing involving minors in a sexual or exploitative way. We have zero tolerance and report it.
  • Nothing that is non-consensual, private or leaked, or that you do not have the right to sell.
  • Nothing illegal, violent, hateful or deceptive.
  • Blurring a preview does not make rule-breaking content acceptable. We apply these rules to the full content.

2.Sexual content

Our payment partners do not allow us to process payments for adult content, so it is not allowed here, even if it is legal, even if it is behind a blur, and even if buyers are adults. Do not upload or sell:

  • pornography or any content made to cause sexual arousal;
  • sexual acts, or exposed genitals, buttocks or nipples (nudity of any kind, including artistic nudity);
  • fetish content, sexual role play or sexualised content that is meant for sexual gratification;
  • sexual services of any kind, such as escorting, paid sexual encounters, adult live chat, or pay-per-view adult material;
  • AI-generated, edited, animated or drawn content that falls into any of the above;
  • links, handles or hints that send buyers to adult content elsewhere.

Fashion, swimwear, fitness, glamour and similar photography is allowed when it is not sexually explicit and not designed for sexual gratification. We decide where the line is, together with our payment partners. If it is borderline, we may remove it.

3.Minors

Child sexual abuse material and any sexualised or exploitative depiction of anyone under 18 is strictly forbidden, in any form, including AI-generated or drawn content. We have zero tolerance. We remove it at once, close the account, keep the evidence required by law, and report it to the authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the equivalent body in the relevant country.

People under 18 may not be the subject of content sold on Babe Pay. Do not solicit personal data from, or arrange to meet, anyone under 18.

4.Consent, privacy and likeness

  • Everyone who is identifiable in your content must be an adult who agreed to be recorded and to have the content sold on Babe Pay. Keep proof of age and consent, and give it to us if we ask.
  • No intimate or private content shared without the person's consent, including leaked content, "revenge" content, hidden-camera or upskirt material.
  • No deepfakes or other manipulated content that places a real person in a situation they did not agree to.
  • No personal information about other people (home addresses, phone numbers, identity documents, financial or medical details) and no doxxing.
  • No impersonation of another person, creator or brand.

5.Violence, hate and harm

  • No graphic violence, gore, cruelty to animals or content that celebrates or encourages harm to people.
  • No hate speech or content that attacks people for their race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or other protected trait.
  • No harassment, threats, bullying or incitement.
  • No content that promotes self-harm, suicide or eating disorders.
  • No terrorism, violent extremism, or content that supports such groups.

6.Illegal and deceptive content

  • Nothing that is illegal where you or your buyers are, or that promotes illegal activity, such as illegal drugs, weapons, human trafficking, or stolen goods and data.
  • No fraud, scams, fake giveaways, get-rich-quick schemes, phishing or malware.
  • No misleading titles, descriptions or previews. A buyer should get what the drop says it contains.
  • No gambling, lotteries or regulated financial products.
  • No spam, and no attempt to use Babe Pay to hide files from lawful removal or to host files for other purposes (Babe Pay is not a file-sharing or storage service).

7.Copyright and ownership

Only sell content that you created or have a licence to sell. Do not upload other people's photos or videos, pirated content, or screenshots of content from other platforms. Do not use music, images or trademarks that you have no right to use.

8.Reporting content

If you see something that breaks this policy, use the Report button on the drop page. You do not need an account: choose a reason, add details and, if you would like us to be able to follow up, your email. You can also email access@babepay.app with the link to the drop (or the access link, if you are a buyer), a description of the problem, and your contact details. For urgent safety risks, please also contact your local police. We review reports and may remove content before we finish reviewing it. We do not tell the creator who reported, unless the law requires it.

To limit abuse, a report also stores a scrambled (hashed) form of your IP address, which we cannot turn back into the address. Please do not send false or repeated reports: we may ignore them and limit how many you can send.

9.Copyright takedown notices

If you believe content on Babe Pay infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent: Babe Pay, email access@babepay.app. Include:

  • your name, contact details and an electronic or physical signature;
  • a description of the copyrighted work you say was infringed;
  • the link to the content on Babe Pay, so that we can find it;
  • a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law;
  • a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner.

We may remove the content and we send the creator a copy of the notice. A creator who believes the removal was a mistake can send a counter-notice to the same address with their contact details, the link to the removed content, a statement under penalty of perjury that they believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification, their consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of their home country, and their signature. We may then restore the content unless the complainant tells us within 10 business days that they have started a court action. Knowingly sending a false notice or counter-notice can make you liable for damages.

We end the accounts of creators who repeatedly infringe copyright.

10.How we enforce this policy

We may, depending on how serious the breach is and the account's history: remove or disable content, limit features, hold payouts, suspend or close the account, refund buyers, and report to the authorities. We act immediately in serious cases. If you are a creator, we usually explain the reason by email, unless the law or an investigation prevents us.

When content is removed because it breaks this policy or the law, the drop is hidden from its public page and can no longer be bought. Buyers who already paid normally keep their access, because they bought in good faith, and the creator cannot take it back. For serious content (for example illegal content, content involving a minor, or content shared without consent) we may also block access for buyers who already paid, and we may refund them. We decide case by case.

11.Appeals

If you think we made a mistake, reply to our email or write to access@babepay.app within 30 days and explain why. A person will look at it again. Content may stay offline while we review it. We may not be able to restore content if our payment partners or the law do not allow it.

12.Changes

We may update this policy as products, laws and payment rules change. Changes are posted here with a new date.
